Digital Fabrication Challenge @Vectorealism

In May 2022 we tested the Digital Fabrication Challenge at Vectorealism FabLab in Milan, with students from Erasmus+.

We tested the challenge with two different groups of participants, each composed by 4 students age 17-24. Participants worked on designing a waste disposal solution using Inkscape and then laser cut the their products .

The young participants were able to test the results of their work and brainstorm avenues for improvement. It was a rich experience around digital fabrication but also circular economy and sustainability.
